Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just go to our Online Shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard). If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
If you are making a payment with a Maestro card there are some that have an Issue Number and others that have a Valid From Date. Please check which option your card supports before you select an option from the payment drop down list.
For example:
If your card displays an issue number and not a valid from date please select "Maestro (with Issue Number)" from the payment method drop down list. If your card has a valid from date, please select "Maestro with Start Date)".

How To Order Using The Online Shop Choosing a necklace:
When you view the necklaces you will see that each necklace style is available in a choice of colours. To see the colour options click on 'view colour options' which will bring up a small window showing all the colour options for that particular style. If you don't see this window, it may be that your browser is set not to allow pop-up windows to be viewed. You will need to set your browser to allow pop-ups for this site in order to see the colour charts.
Once you have chosen your colour go back to the drop down box by the relevant style and select the colour from the drop down box. If there are length variations you can choose the necklace length in the same way.
To help you choose which length you want, here are the various lengths of necklaces available.
Some styles are available in just one or two of these lengths, this will be clearly indicated in the drop down box by each style.
Choosing a bracelet or choker:
You have the option to choose a matching bracelet when you select a necklace. To buy a bracelet or choker alone you can view the bracelets and chokers to make a choice.
Choosing Earrings
Just view the earrings, select the style you like and then choose a colour from the drop down box.

Delivery Schedule If we have your order in stock we will dispatch it right away. If your item is not in stock, we will have the items made for you as soon as possible. This may mean a delivery time of up to 6 weeks. If this is the case we will advise you by email.

Value Added Tax For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. |

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Guarantee Please note that, as all Kazuri products are handmade, slight variations in colour and shape are inevitable. Indeed this is what makes Kazuri so appealing to our customers. However, If you are not happy with any items just return them to us within 30 days. If they are defective we will replace them or refund you. If they are not defective but you decide you don't want them we will try and replace them for something else. |
