Shipping & Delivery

If we have your order in stock we will dispatch it right away. If your item is not in stock, we will have the items made for you as soon as possible. This may mean a delivery time of up to 6 weeks. If this is the case we will advise you by email. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy & Security

When you buy from us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
Sage Pay is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. Orders are processed online using the payment pages hosted by Sage Pay. Please locate and click on the padlock image which can be found on the payment pages to confirm that your details are collected using 128 bit SSL technology.
Once you have entered your card details, Sage Pay will securely send these details to the bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and we ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a third party.

Kazuri Beads Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns & Replacements

Please note that, as all Taguabella products are handmade, slight variations in colour and shape are inevitable. Indeed this is what makes Taguabella so appealing to our customers. However, If you are not happy with any items just return them to us within 30 days. If they are defective we will replace them or refund you. If they are not defective but you decide you don't want them we will try and replace them for something else.


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just view our Range online, click on any items that you wish to buy and "Add to basket". After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment & Taxes

We accept credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard). If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Viewing Orders and Account information

If you have created an account on the site, you can view your order history, update account information and set additional delivery addresses at anytime by clicking on "My Account".
